Tenho depressão a alguns anos, já passei por alguns remédios que não tiveram muito resultado.

Fiquei os últimos 2 anos sem medicação ou acompanhamento psiquiátrico.

Recentemente voltei a consultar um psiquiatra, que me receitou carbonato de lítio. Remédio que até onde vi é mais receitado para quem é bipolar, o que não é o meu caso.

Tô um tanto preocupado com isso e com alguns dos possíveis efeitos colaterais, fora o fato de que é um remédio que precisa de exames constantes pra evitar efeitos tóxicos.

Por isso gostaria de ler a opinião de pessoas com um perfil parecido, depressão tratada com o remédio, para ter mais conhecimento do que me espera.

Sou motion designer e tenho experiência com outros ramos do design, e já liderei uma equipe/departamento. Tenho por volta de 15 anos de experiencia.

Mas faz anos que não estou na área por motivos de saúde e agora gostaria de voltar. Mas cada vez mais penso na possibilidade de trabalhar em empresas ao invés de agência ou freelance.

Alguém aqui possui experiencia nisso e pode falar a respeito? Obrigado.

I was under the impression that you can take some Coursera courses for free, like Google Project Management, and only pay if you want the certificate

And that to get the certificate, you need to complete the assignments for each module and achieve the minimum required score.

So if I really want the certificate for a course that has a free option, would it be enough to complete all the modules at my own pace, for free, and then subscribe to Coursera for a month and turn in all the assignments?

Does that work? Or am I misunderstanding something?

I started playing with him recently and I'm still a little confused about this.

There’s the low-low punch command

There’s the combo of rekkas with kicks

There’s pressing down during SA1

SA2

There’s the forward grab, but I don’t know how to trigger it

There’s the strong kick sweep after the third hit, but I don’t know how to trigger that either

Are there any others I didn’t mention?

I use Plex on a computer running Windows 11 to stream over Wi-Fi to my Samsung TV; there aren't any significant distances or obstacles involved.

Most of the time, it works perfectly.

However, sometimes what I mentioned in the title happens, but I can’t figure out why.

I’ve already tried to find a connection between file size, video formats, codecs, and router issues, etc. And there's nothing in particular that stands out.

Any suggestions?
