My mom’s tank was cycled and then about 2 weeks later the nitrite was 0.25ppm. I’m confused why this happened when everything was doing really good😰 cause this means the tank is not cycled and I’ told her to do water changes to bring the levels down but what do we do to keep it 0?
What are some things that help when you plateau? I’m taking 9mg currently and I’m down 27.6lbs. Still currently about 32lb from my goal weight so I’m hoping I can lose at least that 😫
I 26F have been dealing with extremely painful periods for the last 4-5 months now and have been to the gyno at least 1-2 times a month because of the pain. I’m talking so down bad that the pain shoots down my legs, cramps so bad I feel like my uterus is going to explode, dizziness, hot flashes.. hard to breathe etc. I’ve also been experiencing cramping and spotting in between my periods which has never happened before and my gyno told me it’s from ovulating……. I mean come on why would that all of a sudden start and be painful like that out of no where? they just keep brushing me off and telling me to get on birth control😭 last month it was so bad that I went to urgent care because I could not move. They sent in a request for an ultra sound and it came back squeaky clean and my pap was all good to. I just feel at a loss. I can’t stand the pain I’m so sick of feeling like this every month, it affects me so badly it’s all I can talk about when my periods does come.
I got this little air pump thing that makes bubbles but my axolotl is eating the air bubbles 😂😭 is this normal? He seems to enjoy it and likes sitting on it as it’s almost as long as him but I fear he will gulp to much air 😅

I left my vial of tirz out of the refrigerator on accident overnight. It stays a crisp 66° in my house. I immediately put it back in the fridge when I remembered. Will it be fine to still use?
When do you to increase your dose? This is what I’ve taken so far. I’m wondering if I should move up to my next dose which is 6mg. I’ve been the same weight for 2 weeks and definitely in a calorie deficit. Is it safe to increase? I’ve noticed I’ve been getting very hungry by day 4 until my next shot.
Week one: 1.5mg
Week 2: 2.5mg
Week 3: 2.5
Week 4: 3mg
Week 5: 3mg
Little background.. I’ve dealt with acne since my teen years. It use to be worse than this. I have a pretty basic skin care routine since my skin is sensitive. I use dove unscented bar soap which I find helps my acne, started using panoxyl clarifying exfoliant (which has been helping with the acne as well, as I have very minimal pimples, just lots of scars). I use Thayers milky toner, Niacinamide serum for scars and then I use a generic daily moisturizer similar to Aveeno lotion. I don’t exfoliate every day a couple times a week. I guess I just want to know if I should be doing anything differently to help my skin barrier😫
I take my shot every Sunday and I find that I start to get really hungry and have some food noise by Thursday. I know it’s because im getting closer to having to take my next shot but what can I do to help this? Would splitting the dose be more beneficial? That way im not getting so hungry by the end of the week?
