Biggest reverse split comeback stories?

I know most reverse splits end badly.
But there have to be some exceptions.
What’s the biggest comeback you’ve seen after a reverse split? 5x? 10x? More?
What actually changed? New management? New business? Just hype?
Trying to find a few examples and hear the stories behind them.

Are reverse splits really always a death sentence?

I’ve noticed that every time a company announces a reverse split, people immediately act like it’s over.
I get why. A lot of reverse splits happen because companies are struggling.
But is a reverse split itself actually the problem, or is it just a symptom?
There have to be some companies that used a reverse split, fixed their business, and ended up doing well afterward. I’m not talking about the usual dilution disasters—I’m talking about real turnaround stories.
Curious to hear what examples you guys remember. Which reverse split stocks actually proved everyone wrong?

Anyone else looking at NCRA?

I’ve been following NCRA for the past few weeks, and I think the market may still be treating it like the old company.
What caught my attention is that management isn’t talking about aquaculture anymore. They’re trying to build an AI-focused holding company through acquisitions, announced a binding agreement with DIG, and have been putting out updates consistently instead of disappearing after one press release.
The market cap is around $2M, which means it wouldn’t take much for the valuation to change if they actually execute.
That’s exactly why I’m watching it. If management delivers on even part of what they’ve outlined, today’s valuation looks very different.
Curious if anyone else has been following this one or has found something I’ve missed.

Ben takip etmeye devam ediyorum. Bakalım bu dönüşüm hikâyesi nasıl ilerleyecek.
Sizin yorumunuz ne olur?

Anyone else quietly accumulating NCRA?

I’ve been watching this one for a while and it feels like the company is finally moving in a different direction.
The market cap is tiny, yet they’ve been announcing one strategic move after another instead of going silent. The DIG agreement, the AI-focused holding company plan, and the acquisition strategy all seem connected rather than random.
I know there are risks, but that’s true for almost every microcap. What stands out to me is that management actually appears to be trying to build something bigger instead of just keeping the old aquaculture story alive.
If they execute even reasonably well, I don’t think a $2M market cap reflects the opportunity here.
I’m curious if anyone else has been following this one or if I’m overlooking something.

Anyone else still holding NCRA?

I’ve been in NCRA for a while now, and honestly I think the market is still trying to figure this company out.
Most of the discussion seems to be about the convertible notes, which is fair. Dilution is a real risk. But at the same time, it feels like people are brushing aside everything the company has been doing lately.
They’re trying to move away from being just another aquaculture company, talking about AI infrastructure, digital assets, partnerships, acquisitions… Whether all of that works is another question, but it’s definitely a different story than it was a year ago.
With a market cap this small, it honestly wouldn’t take much for sentiment to change if they start delivering.
Maybe I’m missing something, but at these levels the risk/reward still looks attractive to me.
Just wondering what everyone else thinks. Are you buying, holding, or staying away?

NCRA is starting to look interesting again

I’ve been following NCRA for a while, and I think people may be focusing too much on the convertible notes while ignoring what has changed over the past few months.
Here’s why I’m still bullish:
● The company is no longer just the old aquaculture story. Management is clearly trying to reposition the business around AI infrastructure and digital assets.
● They’ve announced multiple strategic partnerships and acquisitions instead of just talking about future plans.
● Market cap is still tiny, so it wouldn’t take much buying pressure to move the stock.
● Everyone knows about the dilution risk at this point. That’s not new information. The real question is whether management can execute before dilution becomes the dominant story again.
I’m not saying this is risk-free. It’s still a speculative microcap, and the convertibles deserve attention.
But if even a few of these new initiatives generate meaningful revenue, today’s valuation could end up looking very different.
Curious what everyone thinks.
What’s the biggest reason you’re bullish—or bearish—on NCRA over the next 6-12 months?

NCRA: Turnaround Story or Just Hype?

I've been digging into NCRA recently and I'm still trying to figure out whether this is a genuine turnaround story or just another microcap AI play.

The company has announced several initiatives involving AI, acquisitions, and technology-focused investments. On paper, the strategy sounds ambitious, especially considering the current market cap. If management can actually execute and close meaningful deals, there could be significant upside.

On the other hand, most of the excitement seems to be based on what the company plans to do rather than what it has already achieved. That's usually where microcaps become difficult to evaluate.

I'm not trying to pump or bash the stock. Just looking for different perspectives.

For those who have done DD on NCRA, what's the strongest bull case and what's the biggest red flag?

What Could Be the Next QTEX?

QTEX was one of those stocks that seemed crazy at first, then suddenly everyone was talking about it.
I’m not trying to chase QTEX itself after the move, but I’m curious what other names people are watching that could have a similar setup:
Small market cap
Strong narrative/catalyst
Low float or limited share availability
Something the broader market hasn’t fully discovered yet
Not necessarily looking for another quantum stock. Could be biotech, AI, energy, defense, or any other sector.
What are your top candidates and why?
Interested in hearing both bullish and bearish views.

NCRA: Is the market missing something, or is this just another hype story?

I’ve been digging into Nocera ($NCRA) recently and I’m trying to separate the opportunity from the hype.
Over the last few weeks, the company announced a major strategic transformation into **Nocera Holdings**, shifting its focus toward AI, data centers, robotics, biotech, blockchain and digital assets. Management also expanded the use of its financing facility (up to $300M) to pursue acquisitions, investments and partnerships in these sectors.
A few things that caught my attention:
The stock reacted violently to the AI/data center announcement and briefly surged over 100%.
The company is no longer presenting itself as only an aquaculture business and appears to be pursuing a holding-company model focused on emerging technologies.
NCRA’s current market cap is only a few million dollars, making it highly speculative but also potentially very volatile.
The company has previously discussed digital asset initiatives, including Bitcoin-related treasury activities.
On the other hand, there are obvious concerns:
The company is still generating losses and has a history tied to aquaculture rather than AI infrastructure.
Many microcaps have announced AI or data center pivots over the past year, and not all of them have delivered meaningful execution.
Financing, dilution risk and actual acquisition execution remain major questions.
So I’m curious what everyone here thinks:
**Is NCRA an overlooked nano-cap turnaround with asymmetric upside, or is this simply another company chasing the AI narrative?**
Are there any investors here who have looked deeper into management, financing terms, potential acquisition targets, or the feasibility of their AI/data center strategy?
Would love to hear both the bull and bear cases.
