I've been working closely with a project team on a buildout (I'm the client) and would like to show my appreciation with some swag as we reach closeout. The team (1 PX, 1 PM, 1 APM, 1 super, and 1 PE) has been so great to work with and I've already relayed positive feedback and thanks to their leadership. I have also surprised them with lunches for their teams over the course of the project.

What types of swag would they appreciate? I'd love to do something out of the norm but am open to ideas.

I'm a Virgo and find myself intrigued by a Cancer coworker. He's pretty quiet, almost shy in a way and I'm not sure if I'm picking up on vibes from him or if it's just all in my head. We worked together on a project and I would notice he'd pay attention to me and make sure I was taken care of. If I needed help, he'd step in.

I do find it confusing with him acting hot and cold whenever there are some interesting warmer interactions between us, almost like a retreat. I also notice how we're aware of each other. I could be in the middle of a conversation and he'd be passing by and I could feel him looking at me and I'd look up to catch his gaze. He hasn't done anything forward to indicate interest but I just keep getting this feeling!

Is this typical Cancer behavior?

I'm planning an open house to celebrate our new office. Guests will be family and friends of our employees. Headcount will likely be about 200 people dropping in over a few hours. We don't want something super structured for this open house but I definitely want to make sure people are occupied. Any ideas?

So far I have

- a live screen printing station for some custom swag

- photobooth

- coffee bar staffed with a few baristas

- catering with finger foods/things easy to grab and eat while walking around

Stuck here (we just left Diridon) as they are restarting the system...
