Me and my friend took admission in the same college in the same course, but there's quite a big difference in our admission fees. Why is this? By the way, my friend took admission in Literature and I took admission in another subject (can't say due to privacy). Please explain is this a glitch or something else?

Rajasthan University seniors help me !
Rajasthan University UG merit list is out, but I’m facing an issue with document verification.
The university says that the anti-ragging form and insurance form are mandatory for verification, but the forms available on the website seem to be 2 years old, and I can’t find the latest versions. I also tried contacting the university, but I haven’t received any response yet.
Now I’m confused about what to do. Should I just fill out the old available forms and take them with me, or could that cause problems during verification? Has anyone else faced the same issue? If someone has the updated anti-ragging form or insurance form, or knows whether the verification desk is accepting the older versions, please share.

I’m from Rajasthan, and something really weird happened with me recently.
Last Sunday, I went to Ravivar Bazaar and then to Riverfront. There, I noticed one uncle looking at me, and we made eye contact a couple of times casually. After a while, he started making weird gestures, like rubbing his finger on his lips and stuff.
Then he came near me and started some random conversation. After that, he directly asked me, “Do you want enjoyment?” I thought he was just being strange, so I said I was already enjoying the market. Then he insisted that I come have chai with him. I refused. After that, he asked me if I was gay. I said no and left.
Then today, I had another similar experience. I had gone to a hospital in Maninagar, and when I came out, another uncle kept making eye contact with me again and again. It started feeling very awkward, so I moved and stood under a shade while waiting for my Rapido.
That uncle also followed me there, and the whole vibe felt very similar to the previous incident. Honestly, his expressions were even more uncomfortable than the Riverfront one. After that, I just got on my ride and left.
My question is has anyone else experienced this kind of thing here, or was I just unlucky? Because this has happened twice now, and it genuinely made me uncomfortable 😭.
