Hey y'all. Just published part 1 (of 2) of my 2026 Oregon BDR trip with 6 of my closest buds.

We ran sections 2-7 of the Oregon Backcountry discovery route in July 2026. It was an epic adventure.

7 of us started the route.
2 of us finished

We camped most nights, and saw some incredible sights during the day. Highlights of the trip were Cache Mountain expert section, the 'Luge', Skylight Cave, 3 creek lake, Bennett pass, Summer Lake Hot Springs, and others.

Part 2 will drop next week.

It was a lot of manual work, lol (no AI was used in any part of making this)

I ran the Oregon BDR last month with a bunch of friends. It was quite an adventure. Just wrapping up the full video , will post the YouTube link as soon as it’s wrapped !

It was definitely an endurance test, and a trip
I’ll remember for years to come.

Much better usability

Just a quick overnight to the Clatsop State Forest. (Based in Portland, OR)
Had a couple spots pinned, and was lucky to find some new spots, and grab this one.

Not a traditional motocamp video per se, not a lot of dialog, just more travelogue / music video more or less. I try to stay present in the moment, so even filming takes me out of it enough.

Great weather, was a bit windy though.
My bike is a 2019 DRZ-400s, with a Mosko r40 rackless luggage system (got it back when i could afford one lol).

Its amazing what you can fit inside that thing. it is a 'minimalist' camping setup, but i can fit:

• tent
• chair
• small collapsable table
• sleeping bag
• sleeping pad/ sheet
• pillow
• full cook setup
• food
• c-pap
• speaker
• bear spray
• small tarp
• small clothes
• beer (in backpack)
• filming setup (in tank bag)
