Anyone Selling EU?
I know it's pretty early days for anyone in Europe to have already received, tried and be ready to sell their phone lol but just asking.
Import duties from Hong Kong are a bit of a killer.
Let me know.
Thanks!

I'm seeing a lot of trash in my feed and want to adjust my feed, interests, what I see etc.
Google says Settings and Privacy - Privacy and Safety - Content you see - Interests.
I get to "Interests" but there's only "Explore Settings" and "Search Settings", neither of which contain "interests".
Help? I need to nuke and reset lol.
Thanks.

I know you can purchase the Sidephone now to the EU delivered from Hong Kong, but will there in the future be the possibility to purchase it in the EU shipped from the EU? Customs charges from Hong Kong are very high.
Thanks.
Hi all quick question:
Latin noob and wanting to buy Lingua Latina after trying a sample of it, it seems great. I got a really good price on it (a little suspicious but it's on Amazon) however it says "Spanish Edition".
AFAIK the entire text is in Latin, so not sure it would matter, but maybe there are some vocabulary lists or something for which you would need the correct language version?
Is there even a Spanish version, or is it just a listing error?
Thanks!
P.S. Publisher is either "Cultura Clasica" or "Celesa". It lists both in different places.
Hey all,
I did a post on my recovery journey recently and got quite a few DMs and also comments on the post asking for more info on what I did, what nervous system work/mindbody work is, resources etc.
I spent a fair bit of time responding with basic principles, pointing to resources like books, YouTube videos, etc., however it is never a really comprehensive answer especially for those who just heard the phrases "nervous system work", "brain retraining", etc. for the first time.
Is there somewhere beginners could be directed to where a lot of this info. exists in one place? Could we create one?
I know every journey is different - some use DNRS, some DIY it, and there's no one-size solution, but when people ask "What is nervous system work", the answers are often vague. If we could say "Read This Document" I think it would have massive value.
I've considered typing up a document on the exact, step-by-step process I took to recover (not 100% yet though), but it would be hugely time consuming and again, individual.
Thoughts?
I just read a post on X that I don't fully understand about Ray Peat and meat and phosphorous or some such. The point was that too much muscle meat = bad, which is quite confusing to me as I thought it was the opposite. I know we want to avoid too much fish, chicken, pork etc. due to PUFA, but this phosphorous/phosphate thing is new to me.
I'm also picking up that Ray Peat similar to Mike Mentzer in bodybuilding was in favour of a higher carb, lower fat and protein macro split, maybe 80-100g protein per day? I'm kind of a swamp dweller at the minute having transitioned from carnivore a few months ago, and to be honest I feel pretty good in the swamp atm.
Still learning so appreciate any input!
Thanks.
Hi all,
Just working through a reintroduction/elimination diet at the minute. I'm experimenting with bananas, but I notice they definitely seem to give me diarrhea. The thing is I'm eating them at the perfect ripeness (still somewhat green, no brown spots, firm), and eating low-FODMAP servings (under 100g, maybe 70 or 80g per serving).
Does this mean it is unlikely to be a FODMAP issue? The only other thing I can see online is latex allergy but I'm not allergic to latex afaik.
I know it is individual but I do find it a bit odd and of course annoying as bananas are great. Maybe I just don't do well with fructose?
Any thoughts appreciated.
Thanks!
