BPI called me for my expired/unclaimed reward points
I received a call from BPI CS female agent (as she claimed) about my unclaimed reward points daw for my premium card. Ibaba ko na sana kaso she knew all the details of my card. As in. Dahil marami naman akong nababasa about scam kaya medyo hesitant ako. Nag caution pa sya dahil na feel nya na hesitant daw ako(malamang eh sa dami ng scammers nowadays).

Di ba daw ako aware na meron akong welcome points once na na-approved ako? Di ko ba daw nabasa sa Vybe or sa envelope nun na receive ko un card? So ako naman, huh talaga ba? Pwede ko pa daw mareceived un converted points thru series of cashback until maubos un 11k, cheque na ipapadala sa home address, or sodexo GCs daw with their partner merchants.
She then asked me to look at the back of my CC to check kung pang-ilan ako sa napproved (I guess CVV to). The number is from 1-999 daw. Grabe I was fascinated kung paano nakukuha un info natin ang un confidence nila to communicate. Taz if may nareceive na daw ba ako na SMS. Sabi ko wala. Baka sa old number ko sila nag text. Kasi even un adress ko na binanggit nila is un luma din.
I blocked all my cards and she knew it. Bakit daw naka block un card. I ended the call politely pa rin. Buti na lang talaga breaktime ko at nakain pa ako nun nareceived ko un call. Akala ko kc bagong rider ng parcel un tumatawag kaya ko nman sinagot.
