Smoked it at 300 degrees for 2-3 hours then wrapped and finished in oven for another 2ish hours. Let rest for 1 hour. Pepper, salt, garlic, paprika rub.
Also, my wood chip box popped out, as in exploded out so got spooked. Would that be due to me filling the box all the way?
As title states, I have had trouble getting call backs from positions I apply to. I am mostly targeting remote jobs so maybe that is the issue since I assume they are more competitive and sought after. Not willing to relocate as I have a 1-year-old at home but if it came to it, I am open to in-person.
Position-wise, I prefer something around the lines of Technical Project Manager or any Senior level positions but have been applying to other. Although a better title would be ideal, I am open to any king of engineering roles for now. Eventually I want to transition into management, hence why I got my MBA.
Any feedback would be appreciated!

Bring your duplicates and trade! Dont know how many people will show up but ill be there for sure and have 300+ duplicates lol.
Have a mix of blues and whites. Have no preference as to what color stickers I get as I just want to fill it all. Anything marked in red is what I need and anything marked in blue is what I have available to trade. Let me know!
