About Taymimo
Taymimo is an a priori conlang with a grammar similar to Ido, making it easy to pick up intuitively for speakers of Esperanto and related languages.
Why did I choose an a priori vocabulary?
Because I enjoy the challenge of learning something genuinely new and making it part of my daily life. Learning vocabulary similar to a language I already speak doesn't feel very exciting to me. After exploring the few major a priori conlangs out there, none of them fully convinced me — whether due to their phonology or grammatical choices. So I decided to create Taymimo: an a priori conlang that appears to be unique in its approach, with a simple diacritic-free alphabet, accessible pronunciation, and a logical structure inspired by well-known projects like Esperanto and Ido.
The dictionary already has 1,500 entries and continues to grow, with the goal of building a solid enough foundation to become a fully functional language. It already has a solid grammar, along with some short stories and articles on a Fandom wiki.
Thanks for being part of the very first wave. Together, let's make r/Taymimo a great community.
The dictionary is available as a Google Sheets webpage, with columns for meanings in Spanish, partially in English, and to a lesser extent in Esperanto and Globasa.
Shift + Ctrl + C doesn't work
I didn't had this problem, but since yesterday, when I tried to use Shift + Ctrl + C to make a cloze, it didn't work but instead it opened Microsoft 360 Copilot, really annoying... I got used to those keys instead of the mouse. Does this is a common problem between Windows users?
Taymimo
Hello. I don't talk too much here, but this is my attempt of conlang, I wrote it in Spanish because it is my native language:

This language is very young. I'm sorry for the lack of clarity in the dictionary, I'll work on it.
It's an *a priori* language based on the grammar of Esperanto and Globasa.
