Headache x2d turned into migraine. When to be seen?

I had a headache all yesterday. Took 600mg ibuprofen twice. Overnight it turned into a migraine. My head was throbbing and it is now going down my neck. Neck is also stiff. I couldn’t sleep. Also a bit nauseous.

Took 2 migraine pills this morning (equivalent to Excedrine) at 6:15. Took 600mg of ibuprofen at about 9:00am.

40, female.

Dx: adhd, anxiety/depression, mildly elevated cholesterol.

Rxs: 50mg Vyvanse 1xd, 5mg rosuvastatin 1xd, 25mg Pristiq 1xd.

Hx of migraines back in 2000/2001 but went away quickly after impacted wisdom teeth were removed.

Just curious when I should be seen? I’m contemplating ER for migraine cocktail bc I’m still in a good amount of pain after Excedrine and ibuprofen.

Is the best way to fix this with gorilla glue? I’ve used a flathead screwdriver to get the edge back into the space between the leather and metal plate but it keeps coming out.

I am a nanny and kids climb over that seat almost daily.

If I put my car up on ramps (one side at a time) will I be able to take off the running boards myself? I think they’re just held on with bolts.

I’m a pretty handy lady and a DIYer (bc I’m cheap) and want the things taken off.

Just curious if it’s doable!
