While Using Notability it gives only 4hr 37m battery backup for 30% of battery usage on my Ipad pro m5 and overall 31% for 5hr 20 m

should i upgrade to ios 26.5 or not ?? i am still on ios 18 on my iPhone 13 pro max and did not updated to ios 26 because many users were facing Green Screen Issue after updating....So really want your suggestions should i upgrade to ios 26.5 or ios 27 ....is Green screen issues resolved ??
