chip charcuterie plate for dinner tonight!

sardines themselves: 6/10. not bad. great with company, not sure if they would hold up on their own with crackers.

if curious of my chips: unsalted kettle chips, castelvetrano olives, julienned pepperoncini, roasted red peppers, garlic and herb goat cheese crumbles, balsamic glaze, and cracked black pepper.

i love her :D

my baby will never let me down 🫶

yes, i know. it’s fishwife. but it was yummy. served simply with lots of wilted parsley (a favorite), the oil drizzled over with some white wine vinegar, and Tari amarillo pepper and huacatay leaf hot sauce. i enjoyed with a nice crusty baguette. 🐟
