[Pennsylvania] Traveling out of state while on benefits? Help?

Last week I was in South Carolina on a preplanned and paid for vacation. I came back Saturday this week and answered no today for the question asking if I was available and able to accept work, because I wasn’t. Now there’s a review on my claim. What happens now? I’m nervous this will be a big thing, this whole process is such a pain in the ass for my anxiety. Has anyone experienced this before and can you please tell me what happens next?

Thanks.

Pain under left side of tongue/back of throat/under jaw (please help)

Hi I 28F started getting what I thought might be a sore throat or ulcer yesterday, but shortly before bed the pain started getting worse. Now this morning it woke me up from my sleep. It’s on the floor of my mouth but I can feel it on the outside under my chin and right where my chin meets my neck mostly. I think that’s the origin of the pain based on pressing on it. Nothing looks visually off at this time.

Do you think this is urgent? I’m thinking it might be a blocked salivary gland. I’ve never had that issue before, but I’m curious what a dentist might think and if you have any advice please let me know.

Thank you!!

BCBS sent a letter saying they won’t pay for my “medically unnecessary” MRI, but EOB says I owe nothing

Just curious what the deal is with this. My healthcare portal says I owe nothing, BCBS website says I owe nothing, their EOB they sent me says I owe nothing. But they just sent me mail that says my MRI was billed for “headaches” and they don’t think that’s a good enough reason for an MRI, so they’re denying my claim.

Am I going to end up owing on this or not?

Thanks!
