First time baking cookies, need advice, best cookie tasting product I can base off the taste on, and recipe suggestions.

Good day! It's my first time baking Chocolate Chip Cookies and I need advice on how to make chewy and chunky cookies. I used the recipe from AllRecipes. I tried it on both Anchor butter and Buttercup Premium Margarine just to see of there are differences in terms of taste. I am hoping to use the Buttercup Premium Margarine only because it is cheaper.

More information that may help:

* I baked them for 20 mins at 175 degrees celsius. Then I pre-heated the oven for 10 mins, with same temperature.

* I froze the cookies overnight. After mixing the dough, I refrigerated it for 1 hour. Then shaped into balls before freezing.

* I also baked them straight from the freezer.

* I poked some holes because I saw a tip that it creates more ridges...

* As per the taste, the cookie made with Anchor tastes like the EggNog biscuit by Nissin, And it’s more creamy and milk tasting; while the Buttercup one tastes more like pancake and a bit buttery.

* With the sizes, I used an ice cream scooper then I put two on top of each other to make a bigger cookie.

Honestly, I am not really sure what to expect because the cookies I have tasted are mainly store bought cookies. None much with home-baled and cafes. If they have recommendations about best tasting cookies I can base the taste off on, they can kindly comment it^^. Do you also have recipe suggestions? I also attached some pictures. Thank you in advance!

First time baking cookies, need advice, best cookie tasting product na pwedeng basehan, and recipe suggestions.

Good day! It's my first time baking cookies and I need advice on how to make chewy and chunky cookies. Ginamit ko pong recipe ay sa AllRecipes na Chocolate Chip Cookies. I tried it po on both Anchor butter and Buttercup para lang makita kung may pagkakaiba ba sa lasa. Gusto po sana kasi namin magbenta ng kahit Buttercup lang ang gagamitin kasi mas mura.

More information that may help:

  • I baked them for 20 mins at 175 degrees celsius. Tapos pre-heated po ang oven ng 10 mins, with same temperature.
  • I froze the cookies overnight. After po ma-mix ng dough, ni-refrigerate ko muna siya for 1 hour. Then shinape ko into balls saka nilagay sa freezer.
  • I also baked them straight from the freezer.
  • I poked some holes kasi I saw a tip na it makes the cookies have more ridges daw...
  • As per the taste, the cookie made with Anchor tastes like the EggNog biscuit ng Nissin, saka mas creamy siya, and nangingibabaw ang gatas na lasa; while the Buttercup one tastes more like pancake at medyo buttery.

I also attached some pictures po. Thank you in advance!

We need advice in creating a system for a thesis. What technologies should we use etc.

Hello! I am not sure if this is the appropriate subreddit to ask about this, but I just need some advice.

We are currently doing our thesis, where we need to create a system for a real client. I need advice about which technologies, programming languages, etc should we use? Those that are student-friendly but industry-grade, and not so expensive. I also want to try coding without the use of AI. And if you have any further advice about the matter, it would be highly appreciated!

Our system is about a residential subdividision:

\- Centralized resident portal for registration, updating, and management of resident and household information

\- Online payment system to pay homeowner’s dues and other fees digitally

\- Web-based amenity reservation system with real-time availability for both residents and non-residents.

\- Announcement system

\- Digital inventory management module

\- Decision support and analytics feature (we need to integrate the current emerging technologies)
