Looking for honest opinions on living in Ejipura, Bangalore

Hey! I recently found a cute, affordable flat in Ejipura that fits my budget really well, but I’m a little unsure about the area. Seems like a considerable distance since my office will be in Ashok Nagar. I’ve heard that waterlogging during monsoons and traffic/congestion can be major issues in Ejipura. How true is this, especially for someone living there?

Would love to hear from people who currently live or have lived in Ejipura:

• What are the pros and cons of living there?
• How bad is the waterlogging during monsoons?
• How’s the traffic/congestion, especially during peak hours?
• How’s the area in terms of safety, accessibility, groceries, food, etc.?
• Would you recommend living there if the flat itself is good and affordable?
• Any creepy incidents? wanna be safe as a female bachelor

Basically, is Ejipura actually a good place to live, or am I compromising too much for the cheaper rent? 😅
