Made some eclairs from scratch for my friend’s birthday 😋

These are a process from having to make the cream, the choux pastry, bake them, cut and fill them and make the chocolate to dip. I’m exhausted, but happy I got to make these for my friend’s birthday. Now time for a nap!

I’m new to this community and looking at everyone’s posts blows my cookies out of the water, but I’m super happy with how they turned out! I feel like they don’t even look real the more I look at them 😅

I couldn’t think of what to get my dad for Father’s Day, so I decided to make him homemade eclairs because sometimes the best gifts are homemade, right? I was so worried I would mess up the choux pastry, but everything turned out so good! Can’t wait to try one 😋
