Did I identify the correct area of the sky?

I think the top right is Vega/Lyra but I can't tell if I'm seeing the little dipper at the bottom. I think Draco runs through the middle but I'm not positive. Most everything else I can't really tell for sure. I also don't see Polaris at the bottom center which makes me think I'm totally wrong.

Alameda (city) residents can get free tickets to Alcatraz

If you have an Alameda Free Library card (different from Alameda County Library) you can get free tickets to Alcatraz on discoverandgo.org

They run out pretty quick. I got mine on the 31st of May at 11:45pm and there was only one day available for June. So you should probably get your tickets on the last day of June just before midnight when they're first available for July.
