Is there anything significant with this?

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately about the state of the world and the kind of examples we are setting for the younger generations. With so much noise in the news about corporate greed and billionaires with massive egos, it’s easy to get a bit cynical.
But today, I just want to take a moment to express some genuine admiration for MacKenzie Scott.
What she is doing with her wealth is nothing short of historic, but it’s how she’s doing it that really touches my heart. Through her organization, Yield Giving, she has quietly given away billions of dollars to over a thousand local charities and grassroots groups. No demands to put her name on a building, no corporate red tape, and no micromanagement. She just finds good people doing good work and trusts them to do the right thing with the funds.
At this stage in my life, I’ve learned that true character is measured by what you do when you don't have to prove anything to anyone. Her humility, empathy, and quiet grace are an absolute breath of fresh air.
If anyone from her circle happens to see this, please let her know that her kindness hasn't gone unnoticed. Sending her nothing but good health, peace, and positive vibes. Thank you, MacKenzie, for showing us what a good heart look like.

I had pet scan today. Stage 4. Based on blood tests, it’s spreading. I will find out where tomorrow and I’m scared

Crazy update:

In January, my marker was 1860 April 15th it was 3103. Had suspicious lymph nodes in neck. My lung tumors looked stable. Oncologist thought with that increase it must be more than just the neck. Had pet scan and it came back as stable lungs and no problems in neck area and no new areas of concern. Blood test came back at 1725, lower than January. I go to one of the Mayo Clinic’s, and go back in July. I have no idea how this happened. It’s either a miracle or a huge 2 pronged mistake.
