Fourth of July means 1/4th the original price
THANK YOU TO THIS GUY’S SON!
Apparently his son abandoned this at his dad’s house a decade ago. It freaking looked like it for sure… The dad was asking $250 and happened to be about 4min down the road from my house. I ran down to the bank, grabbed the cash, and drove a responsible speed towards his house.
This is the second time I’ve been insanely lucky with purchasing a used guitar this year. Check the Ibanez post from a few months back for the other lucky find. I thought for sure it would be some sort of fake Hellraiser. Turns out it‘s super real and from 2005. After about an hour of cleaning it looks so much more like a $1k+ guitar. I’m waiting to restring it until I address the lopsided bridge pickup and a few screws that look like they should be replaced. So stoked to play this thing asap.
I’m hoping one of my guitar students wants this since a few of them could really level up with a great guitar.
