Cards game recommendation

Hi everyone. I’m looking for a recommendation for a card game to play with my wife that has the following features:

- Cards only (or at most a small board)

- Competitive 1v1

- Somewhat thematic (fantasy or horror; no sci-fi).

We often play *Dracula vs. Van Helsing*, *Radlands*, *Gwent*, or *Deep Regrets*.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Characters cards Freeguild Command

Hi everyone. I’m slowly completing my Cursed City collection.

My latest purchase was the Cities of Sigmar Freeguild Command squad; their character cards were released in an issue of White Dwarf, but I only have some rather low-quality scans I found online.

Do you know if there are any official, high-quality PDFs available? Or would someone be kind enough to share better scans with me?

Thanks to anyone who can help.

Height difference between models

Hi everyone, I picked up the items shown in the photo to build my second Mordheim Warband (Witch Hunters, naturally).

However, even though I knew there was some height difference between old and new GW models, I realized the discrepancy is quite pronounced, especially with the Warrior Priest, who is rather small. I really love the models, but I’m worried that once assembled, they’ll look like a disjointed mix.

What’s your take on this? Do you usually use miniatures of varying heights?

I was thinking of selling the Priest to buy the new version from the *City of Ash* AoS box, but I think the old model looks much better, so I'm really torn.

Tomorrow's game. Help and info for Von Carstein warband

Hey guys, tomorrow I'm playing my first game of a campaign. I've only played twice so far. I'll be bringing a Von Carstein vampire warband consisting of:

- Vampire with sword, axe, and light armor

- Necromancer with dagger and shortbow

- 3 Dregs with sword and mace

- 5 Ghouls

Is this a good choice? My first game will be against Dwarf Slayers. Any suggestions?

Using AI for agnostic Skirmish demo miniatures

Hi guys, I'd like your opinion on something.

I'm developing an agnostic skirmish game. The rules are entirely written by me, without the use of AI, and the artwork is by an illustrator, obviously also without the use of AI.

Now I'd like to start taking it to some gaming events and take some promotional photos. Since the game is miniature-agnostic, I was thinking of creating some demonstration miniatures with AI to avoid any copyright issues in advertising. I also need some copyright-free miniatures for photos to include in the rulebook to provide visual examples of some of the rules.

Then, of course, players will be able to use their own miniatures for their games. What do you think?
