Dan mentioned this boxing match recently and it was all I could think about as >!Arin got his ass absolutely handed to him in Nuzlocke!<. Honestly just clicking through every image search of this fight made me think of Arin and his poor crew, from the swagger and overconfidence going in to Paul’s desperate helpless looks as he got absolutely mangled and destroyed.
I’m not linking to the trailer because I don’t want to contribute to their numbers, but the promo for Jonathan Majors’ desperate pay-the-legal-bills Nazi snuff film is out and woof, if you thought Armie Hammer was willing to do anything with that Uwe Boll slop, signing on for a Daily Wire joint is sad. Couldn’t have happened to a worse guy. He was about to be filthy rich as a Marvel big bad and now this. Get fucked.
After watching Mike and Jay's HITB on Spider-Man Brand New Day and Jay's comment about how Thunderbolts was one of the recent Marvel movies that didn't do well, it sent me down a rabbit hole of watching all the recent HITBs on recent MCU stuff.
The RLM boys liked Thunderbolts despite their standard cynicism, critics generally liked it, I remember enjoying it more than most of the recent Marvel slop, but I was surprised to see just how bad the box office was on it, it really tanked (not quite to the level of the Marvels, but pretty lousy).
Curious what people thought went wrong with that one: Was it just a prototypical casualty of superhero fatigue considering everything Marvel pumped out the last few years? Characters that weren't well known enough? Anything more unique than that occur to people?

Saw the Found Footage Fest latest live show last night and it reminded me that they’re from Madison just up the road from RLM. Considering the Wisconsin connection and that they have the same niche interest as the hackfrauds, I’m hoping they might guest on a Wheel of the Worst episode sometime, they’d have a lot of killer VHS selections to contribute. Am I crazy?
I got an automated notification that my long-deactivated Facebook account had been reactivated for some reason, so I logged in and tried to deactivate it using the guidance provided: Go to my profile, go to Settings, Account Center, etc etc. Except I don’t seem to even have a profile anymore, when I click on my picture the only option is to log out - attempting to go to a profile says "the content isn’t available right now."
There’s also some gobbledegook about how people are being transferred to “Meta Accounts,” but no way to deactivate there either.
How do I deactivate this thing I didn’t want reactivated in the first place?
