Want to get off Kit 3, worried about regaining

Hi all! I'm very happy with the results I got from Kit 3 (from a separate prescription, because I have PCOS, I take Metformin too).
Because of a doctor fall-out and stopping my PCOS for a while, I had gained a net 7 kg that I could never lose, and I finally lost them and replaced some of them with muscle, I'm pretty sure.
Overall I'm very happy! I'm at a healthy weight now for my body and goals.

Now, I don't think I should be on these meds forever, I have to stop eventually, although I'm worried about regain especially how loss feels impossible with PCOS. I'm thinking of sticking to the bupropion because I think its improved my mood, though.
How was it for others? Do you think I should lose an extra few pounds in anticipation that I'd gain them once off the meds?

Also I feel like it has improved my digestion and inflammation over certain foods, since starting I've never woken up puffy like I used to. But maybe ghat's also the benefits of weight loss. At the same time I started a new sport shortly after (aerial silks)

For context: I'd say I'm a fairly active person. I like to bike and I do aerial silks 1-3 times a week (90 minutes each). Biking is variable, but anywhere from 1h to 5h a week.

Can anyone lend or give an AC unit?

My AC is faulty and will not work. the household is not in a financial situation to buy one at the moment. We can borrow it for this season and return it to you! We are not looking to keep it unless you intend to give it away :)
We live on the top floor of a very skylit apartment that heats up to 96F so it would be very helpful. Thanks!

Adult swimming lessons? Willing to travel

Hi! Where can an adult take swimming lessons these days? I'm willing to take the train or bike to wherever it would be, but probably not more than a 40 minute commute. Also if anyone has any actual recommendations, they are more than welcome, thanks!

Help in wheel

Hi! I haven't been too dedicated in my wheel practice but I practice it whenever I remember (although I do stretch the individual parts for it regularly). I just discovered I can do a wheel 3 months ago haha. I'm aiming to: 1. stay as long as I can in the pose (now can hold for 45 s) and 2. get deeper. I have a stiff thoracic spine and right hip flexor so I thonk this will help them. At the same time that must be what's keeping me from getting a deeper wheel!

Is my problem more in my legs or arms, or where to start?some of it is fear, I notice that I can slip on wooden floors etc, which prevents me from getting deeper. But my hands also get clumsy (everything is just so confusing being upside down lol).

Also, I can't seem to straighten my arms without getting on my tiptoes. Is this just a thing for now?

Should I think of the legs / arms are separate parts to work on? Which part is particularly bad here? What advice does everyone have? I'm taking it all

Thanks!
