I am male (18) who took fluoxetine (30-20mg) at age of 16years and 4 months old to 17years and 6 months old and out of curiosity I googled side effects of fluoxetine (one of the biggest mistakes of my life) I didn't knew any side effects or atleast wasn't aware of side effects till I googled about it and there were literally NO positive reviews about ssris almost 70-80 percent of reviews were horrific and scary which made me doubt if it did damage my bodies natural anatomy i get extremly anxious and sad when I think about this. Why is this the case?(sorry for improper english)

Why are there only negative reviews about ssri in the internet why are people saying it stunts brain development height development and all sort of horrifying side effects from ssris like fluoxetine , lexapro etc I am really worried as I was put on fluoxetine from 16.5 years of age to 17.6 years of age can someone help

I have seen multiple post in the Internet that SSRI can stunt teenagers mental and physical growth and now im very worried and down after seeing these posts because I am a male who took antidepressants SSRI prozac at 16 and 4 months old to 17.6 months old during adolescents and I'm worrying if it stunted my development both physically and mentally please reassure me.
