I’m feeling like a complete idiot. I’ve watched a few YouTube videos. Asked ChatGPT. Looked at the manual. I’m still confused.

I have two washers to my chestnut C3 pro (which by the way is completely metal and does not have any plastic so that also confuses me given the complaints about C3pro) I am going to put pictures of the two washers and I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me which end goes where or where I could look for “explain it to me like I’m 5” instructions

Texting this for a friend who sent the picture. They live in New Hampshire. The screen is ripped clean. The wood is disturbed where something stepped on it. Two chickens are gone, but three remain the rest of the coop seems undisturbed. It’s pretty heavy gauge wire (quarter inch 23 gauge wire fencing)

We think a bear would have left it messier but we can’t figure out what happened
