I’m considering getting a WLtoys 124017 and I’m curious about long-term durability. What parts tend to break or wear out the most? Are there any spare parts you’d recommend keeping on hand? Thanks!
Merci !
Does anyone know if Traxxas is planning to release an updated/new version of the Bandit anytime soon?
The Bandit platform has been around forever, and I'm considering buying one, but I'm wondering if I should wait in case a refreshed version is coming.
Thanks!
Which one is more durable? I’m trying to decide between a Traxxas Maxx V2 and a Slash 2WD VXL. Purely in terms of long-term durability and reliability, which one would you choose? Thanks!
What are the most durable tires for the Typhon 6s (for use on clay courts)?
For those of you who own or have owned several RC bashers, which two are your absolute favorites?
Not necessarily the fastest or most expensive — I'm talking about the two you actually enjoy driving the most and keep coming back to.
If you had to keep only two bashers from your collection, which ones would you choose and why?
I'm trying to decide between a Traxxas Maxx V2 and an Arrma Typhon 6S V5.
I'm specifically looking for opinions from people who have owned both.
I prefer the Typhon's handling and precision, but I'm worried about long-term reliability and repair costs.
My use would mostly be dirt roads, grass, and small jumps around 1 ft. No hardcore bashing, and I'd probably run the Typhon mostly on 4S.
For those who have owned both:
- Which one has been more reliable?
- Which one has cost you more in repairs?
- Is the durability difference actually big with normal driving?
- If you could only keep one, which would you choose?
Thanks!
