Books to read for those interested in becoming a talk therapist?

Hi there! I am 25, looking to go back to school for a Masters in Social Work, as I’ve had my own therapist suggest as the best route for my circumstances to eventually becoming a talk therapist.

Before I decide to pay for more school, take on loans, etc, I am hoping to read a few books that might open my eyes to the reality of the career. I want to be at least 75% sure of this path before committing to it as I tend to get excited then bored of career paths quickly. This has been on my mind for a little over a year now which makes me hopeful that it could really be a viable career option for me.

Let me know your recommendations and thank you in advance!

Google Photos Sharing Not Working with Students

I manage interns who are all high school students at the school I work for. They intern for the Comms department, which means they often need to access photo content to help me with graphic design, social media, slideshows, etc.

I cannot share photos with any of their accounts through Google Photos, which has become a huge pain. Currently, I download large albums (sometimes many at a time) and upload them to Drive, then share them, which is incredibly time-consuming. I understand there is some kind of under-18 limitation, but has anyone found a workaround or other quicker solution?

This year I am going from 3 interns to 5 interns, so I only anticipate this problem becoming even more time-consuming.

I've had our tech guys look into the problem, but they read that it doesn't have a solution and won't look into it further.

Crunchyroll anime like Nana?

Loved watching Nana, but can’t stand the ads with Hulu.

- Realistic, or minimal fantasy elements
- Characters older than high school
- Nuanced female characters (with realistic boobs)
- I prefer English dubs but will watch anything if it’s really great.
- Bonus points for cool fashion and/or queer undertones!

I also loved Princess Jellyfish, and the American-made Neo Yokio.
