is it worth it to learn web design with business mindset?

by that i mean not only designing cool stuff but in a more useful and valuable way?

and is it worth it to learn framer and webflow for client work and niching down in landing pages rather than full multi-page sites??

Just curious to know, as i'm heading into it.

also i do not wanna know that stuff that it doesn't matter what tool u use, business needs results shit, which i know i just wanna know about this skill web design and dev and working as a freelancer or maybe in agency.

My Framer component got rejected:(

coz of something I wasn't aware about WebGL

I've received this mail from the community can you please help me what's wrong in the code exactly and how I can fix.

"After reviewing the code of your component, we found a performance issue with the WebGL animation loop.

The component starts a continuous requestAnimationFrame loop when it mounts and keeps rendering even when it is outside the viewport. This can continue using CPU and GPU resources on published pages while visitors cannot see the effect.

Please track the component’s viewport visibility and pause or cancel the WebGL animation loop when it leaves the viewport. Resume rendering only when it becomes visible again. IntersectionObserver, useInView, or an equivalent visibility check would be appropriate."

Made a simple notification toggle for Framer 👀

Heya people!

I’ve been building a few small Framer components lately, and this is the one of the useful I feel, Notification Toggle.

It’s a pretty simple component, but I wanted something clean that I could easily drop into settings pages, SaaS dashboards, account preferences, etc. without rebuilding the interaction every time.

It’s interactive, easy to customize from the Framer edit panel, and you can tweak it to fit your own design. No coding and workshop stuff needed.

Just published it, so I’d love to know what you guys think :)

Just finished another Framer template and wanted to share it here :)

It’s called Eativa, a landing page I made for nutrition, food tracking and wellness mobile app.

I wanted to make something a little more playful and colorful this time instead of the usual clean SaaS-style app landing pages.

It has custom app screens, feature sections, pricing, testimonials, FAQs, signup forms, download CTAs and everything is fully responsive.

Need an advice for pricing and timeline for custom framer website.

Hey everyone! I’m a Framer freelancer from India and I’d need some advice from people who have worked on similar projects.

I have a client who is an architecture + interior design studio looking for a custom Framer website with a minimal, modern, photography-led design.

They have shared a detailed brief and several reference websites for the overall design direction.

Scope of Work (based on client brief):

- Custom Framer website for an architecture + interior design studio

- Minimal, modern, photography-led visual direction

- Around 10+ pages website structure (including core pages like Home, About, Services, Projects, Project Detail, Contact, etc.)

- Portfolio / Projects section built using Framer CMS and it's around 10-12 projects and 15+teaser cards

- CMS setup to manage multiple projects efficiently

- Video integration within selected pages and project showcases in every project page.

- Fully responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile

- Smooth animations and micro-interactions for a premium feel with lots of whitespace

- Basic on-page SEO setup

- Deployment and connection to their custom domain

- Implementation aligned with provided references and client’s design direction

I’d like to know:
