FCCl or MLCF?
Looking to buy one for next year considering optimism surrounding Cement sector. Which one is currently better to take fresh entry into?
Holding period: preferably one year but can consider longer if it remains attractive

So every comment here is that Australian economy is fucked and there are no jobs, but the Australian authorities are still inviting people over based on skill. Why? And if it is so bad, why aren’t Australians looking to move abroad for better opportunities.
What’s a good buying level for FFC for long term holding?
I wanted to increase allocation, but it’s already so high doesn’t feel like it
Should I wait a while before buying? Or what price level should I wait for?
Let’s consider current prices
Which one do you think has the best growth potential over 5 years? MEBL, UBL, HBL or any other? And what’s your reasoning?
How good is it as a long term growth stock? Worth getting at current price?
And what’s its relation with LUCK (Lucky Cement)?
I am planning to move to Sydney and I’m already looking for positions. But so far I’ve planned that I will be in Sydney for 2 months and then come back based on whether I find a job or not, then move when I find a position
What is in your opinion the best time to apply for jobs? Now or after I go to Sydney?
I’m noticing since I don’t have Australian phone number or address yet, I’m not hearing back from a few positions I’ve applied to. And probably going to interview will be difficult too since I’m not going until mid august
What is the recommendation I should do?
Finqalab juice list doesn’t have it but everyone swears by it. Not to mention news of their discovery every few weeks. Is it worth it to buy?
Primarily for the upside
Wife loved London because when I took here there, there was just so much to see. Since I had lived there I could take her everywhere, Saint Paul’s Cathedral, Central London, Tower Bridge, the places to eat, canary wharf etc etc
I’m sure Sydney would have as many places to see as well, but I only know of Opera House and Bondi beach. So can people recommend list of places we should visit? Our theory is that to fall in love with a city we must explore it as a tourist. Then make it a home
I have 190 visa, I’m looking to come to Sydney around September for a month, then plan to move permanently around January. I want to explore Sydney on my first visit as well as get a sense of how things are with job market, industry and housing.
Which areas do people recommend I look into to move for my first visit? And I’m so far looking for Airbnb, as it is for maybe 4-6 weeks. Do people recommend any other options to look for accommodation?
I saw a youtube video where a British couple moved to Sydney, they rented a few additional properties and use it as an Airbnb. According to them, this pays for their lifestyle, they don’t need to do much and can travel without having to do any job
Is this a really high paying business model? Because rent would be high itself I imagine
I have 190PR for NSW and I’m moving to Sydney this year
A little background: I run my family engineering business in Pakistan as well as run a coworking space. Now I’m moving to Sydney, I may have to run some operations of my businesses in Pakistan from there too, but I think my income from here will really stretch if I’m trying to live my lifestyle in Sydney from income from back home. So what does everyone recommend I do?
I could get a job in Sydney but I’m concerned for how much of my time it’s going to consume, although I might consider getting one to get market familiarity
Does anyone have any other ideas for investment that could give me some stable extra income?
I feel this is a little unfair since I am the target of hacking attack and also had payments made from my account. And Facebook instead of locating and penalising those who used my account for their monetary benefit have suspended my account instead
Any suggestions what I could do next? I’m thinking of giving it up (it’s frustrating) and using a different Facebook account instead to run ads for my instagram page
