10 km of questioning all my life choices XD
different app, same guy, same message. i already said no 2 months ago and blocked him sa whatsapp kasi may nasabi rin siyang hindi ko nagustuhan. ngayon sa viber naman nagmessage. hindi marunong tumanggap ng ‘no’ si kuya. jusko.
progress is going okay, pero nabobother ako sa imbalance. clearly ahead yung right bicep ko, tapos nahuhuli talaga yung left side kahit same reps and weight ginagawa ko.
may naka-experience na ba nito? ano po ginawa niyo para mag even out?
anw, dumbbells lang gamit ko. iniisip ko kung form issue ba, mind-muscle connection, or need ko mag adjust ng reps/sets sa weaker side. help a girl out!
