Is Tranexamic acid right for me?

if anyone is willing to help me, I’d like to know if Tranexamic acid is right for me.

History:
I started my period when I was 11 years old and it was regular for the first year. Then, I started getting extremely heavy periods when I was around 21🔄 They would last anywhere from 7-18 days and would come every 12-30 days.

About 6 months later I was put on a non estrogen birth control. It made my periods lighter but made the timing more irregular so I got off of it. I’m now 41🔄.

Then when I was 31🔄 I was put on the depo shot . I was on it for a total of 9 months. It made my periods up to 60 days long and made them even heavier.

For the last 4 months, my period has been regular timing, lasting 7 days coming every 28 days. But they are still extremely heavy.

Medications:
Lexapro 10mg
Focalin 10mg
Singular 5mg
Zyphren 5mg
Zofran 4mg as needed

Other conditions/health history:
I have diagnosed ADHD,OCD,Anxiety, and PTSD.

I also have diagnosed mennorhagia(heavy periods),raynauds, and chronic constipation.

I have had both my nostrils cauterized for constant nose bleeds which may be related to my menstrual bleeding.

I have bad headaches and have experienced periods where my heart rate is too high or low.

If anyone has any advice or questions I would really appreciate it !!

Should I be concerned that my tongue looks like this?

I got off of a sinus infection antibiotic a few days ago, but suddenly I’m having very bad oral thrush despite brushing tounge. I also noticed there are raised red dots.

Possible Lymphangitis?

About a week ago I developed this soft, light pink bump under my left boob. It has slowly gotten darker, but hasn’t been itchy only slightly stingy. This morning, I noticed the skin around it had became dry and abrasive eith red surrounding the area at 12:07 as shown in the first picture. It’s now 7:21 and it has become darker, more raised, and developed small light pink streaks as shown in the secound picture. What does this mean, and what do I do?

Weird bump on skin

About a week ago I developed this bump right under my boob.
When it first developed it was light pink and smooth. Now, it is bumpy and dry and has caused the skin around it to be red, with many smaller marks coming off of it.
I tried google searching it but can’t seem to find something that looks similar.
It usually doesn’t feel like anything but causes mild stinging in that spot.
What is it, and should I get it checked out?
