I’m worried my brain in destroyed

Been on Vyvanse since 2020 at age 29. I’m now 34 and use 30mg x 2 a day.
I keep to my dose. I never take more just because of a bad day. I’ve accidently taken double dose maybe 3 times. But 2 years ago the pharmacies run out of it and I had absolutely no motivation. I had work, and had a super boring shift. Time felt long.
It also make me sit a lot more than I did before I started it. When is it time to quit?

stop cafeine, nicotine, vyvanse, sugar and smartphone at once, what will happen?

Drinking coffee since my teens. Used nicotine since I was 22. I always check my phone. Only time I don’t bring my phone is when I’m at work. The phone is left in my bag.
Not much sugar, but I eat honey, few times if I go to cinema I buy real candys. And I use adhd medications. What will happen if I suddenly stop all of this?

Do anybody know anything about the stories told?

Can you tell me episode and location? And how you know?
How many of his stories are actually true and tell me if you know who is true. Or you know any people involved?
Some of the stories are a bit too good to be true.
For example, episodes where someone is in your closet. Or scary guy in the woods spying on you. I just dont get why they do that? I listened to the story about the girl who left her boyfriend in the woods during a snowstorm, to find a cabin, she went in there and heard someone screaming from the basement. How unlucky can one be? The only cabin you find, you will hear someone streaming in pain from the basement.

Im mad because I wasnt able to be happy when I had any reason to be happy

Looking back to specially 2008-09 and 2016-2018 I had every reason to be very happy. Instead I was sad most of the time. Why is it so hard to just feel happy and alive now at the moment? Now, my life is just grey. I’m going from young adult to adult and adult life is actually only about going to work, pay bills and even save money for your god damn annoying retiring days.

Selfcare is so boring

But why? With self care I mean taking faremos your health. But why does most of it just feel boring, exhausting and annoying?
Stretch legs, brushibg teeths, enough sleep (I unfortunately like to scroll on my phone before sleep, but I have a job to go to the next morning), workout(stopped completely but I have a active job). The stretching part is something I have to start again cause I’ve stopped that too and now I have a bakers behind my knee. But damn all this is so boring!
My body became just something annoying that needs to be taken care of.

was 15 a bad choice?

Had my xs 64gb since 2019. Battery is now 75% and I had to clean cache/delete and reinsrall apps to have space. Took the iphone 15 256gb new on discount. Around 800$. I was stressed out atm, it was right before a 5 week long trip and I could think about being there with my xs that need to charge many times a day and not being able to take a picture (because it goes full) or anything. This is 2 months ago.

Now when I’m calm I just think I should’ve bought refurnished and 138gb. I don’t think I need this much. I have more apps now. 65gb spent. I don’t have a lot of apps.

I’m actually thinking about selling it and buy a 16pro. I tought I will have this for another 8 years, but realised I will be over 40 before getting the pro. I never had a pro. I think the photos are just better. I dont take much photos now but I sometimes travel and will travel more. I’m in my primetime now so better to have the primegoods as well?

17pro has amazing camera and zoom, so I should maybe wait for it to drop, but the price it has I won’t buy it, it is to much for a phone.
