do anyone’s breastfeeding babies take pacifiers?

my daughter is 5 months old and has never had a problem taking a paci. she loves her dr browns paci and goes down easy for naps without the boob if she has it. does anyone else have a baby like this or is this not super common? the only other factor i can see being the reason is because she spent her first two weeks in the nicu and was bottle fed/given a paci.

hyper mobility and the c curl

hey everyone! i’ve been co sleeping with my daughter since around a week old, 5 months later and i’m dealing with the consequences of the c curl.
recently when i lay on my side my shoulders start slipping and it’s very uncomfortable and causes my shoulders to be sore the next morning. before i had a baby i tried not to sleep on my side to avoid it but now there is no avoiding it. i’ve tried moving my arms at different angles but as soon as i relax my body it slips again🥲 does anyone have any tips for co sleeping with hyper mobility or tips on keeping my shoulders from slipping??

no interest in rolling over

my 4mo (3 adjusted) has absolutely no interest in trying to roll over but is trying to sit up independently and pull herself with her arms during tummy time.

we do tummy time every day and rolling exercises but she just kicks her feet and tries to push up with her elbows :/
can she even learn to do all of the other things without being able to roll? that’s genuinely what it seems like she wants to do lol

when did your late-preterm baby start rolling?

bed sharing with a swaddle

hey yall! i’ll preface this by saying my 3 month old and i co sleep every night and i follow the safe sleep 7. however , during the day she takes naps independently and swaddled but some nights my daughter will NOT fall asleep and doesn’t transfer to next to me without a swaddle. i’m aware that you should not co sleep and use swaddles bc baby can’t use their arms to roll in case of emergency. i guess im wondering if i put her far away from me is it okay if we use the swaddle sometimes or should i just try to put her in the bassinet on those nights? she can’t roll yet and she doesn’t squirm much when she’s in one and i have on occasion done it when it’s just me and her (her dad works nights sometimes so we have the king size to ourselves) and she refuses to sleep any other way , she did fine but im still worried. does anyone else have this problem ? and if so how did you deal with it?

disclaimer: we don’t do this every night , only on the nights she’s having a very hard time. and NEVER when her dad is also in the bed.

my 3mo won’t stop waking herself up

hi everyone! my 3 month old has recently started rubbing her face into my chest while i’m trying to put her to sleep , usually it’s only once or twice so it’s not an issue because she goes to sleep fine otherwise. she only does this after she’s closed her eyes and went to sleep. the problem is she has times where she won’t stop, she ends up knocking her paci out and pissing herself off. it makes it difficult to settle her afterwards and she usually starts crying. when i google it all i really see is that she’s sleepy (obviously google🙄) and i’ve heard other moms on here say that she could be overstimulated but when i stop patting/rocking her she does it even more so i don’t think it’s that :/ she does eventually settle down but it takes her forever , i thought maybe it was gas but she still does it after ive burped her. the only thing that seems to work is if i hold her head down and prevent her from doing it at all but she still tries and manages to upset herself still. i guess i’m just wondering if this is a phase that she’ll grow out of or if i’m doomed to do this forever 🥲

other than this one thing she’s a very happy baby and takes 2 hour naps most days and sleeps through most nights other than waking up to eat but she goes right back out
