20x9 with +35mm offset and 5mm spacer. Kept the stock tires and stock TPMS sensors. Asanti Black Label ABL-22. I’ve seen 2025 with aftermarket and I’ve seen 2026 with all the different Honda wheels. I want to swap the Asanti center caps with Honda caps, have not yet looked into whether or not they will fit.
Don’t use 8 gauge power wire from distribution block to amp if you’re running 2k rms 😅. I have a 1 farad capacitor and my power wire from battery is 0 gauge, and ground wire from amp is also 0 gauge. The distribution block I’m using won’t fit a 0 gauge. This whole time I thought I was smelling the subs nope, i was slow roasting this 8 gauge 😅
Reverse lights and rear turn signals upgraded to LED. Brand is Lasfit. 10 minute job. The turn signal bulbs have built in resistor so they do not hyperflash. Not a big difference with the brightness/appearance with the turn signals but huge difference with reverse lights.
Fitcam X. They emailed me and asked for pics of ceiling console and side view of rear view mirror to confirm correct parts before shipping. Their instruction video shows the installer just dangling loose cable from rear ceiling to the top of the glass on rear hatch and holding taut with knockoff 3M clips. I went for a more factory approach: popped off rear ceiling trim and middle hatch trim and disconnected the rear washer fluid hose and fished the camera cable through the same rubber sleeve and then (carefully) used a steel fish tape to pull the washer fluid hose back through and reconnect. Was able to then route the camera cable through a factory hole in the steel and run the rest of the way to the front of the vehicle same as instruction video. The front camera is integrated into rear view mirror shell. Only have nightime footage so far. Samsung Pro Endurance 128gb card arrives in the morning.
“Blacked out” my front H today on my black edition. It’s a smoke tinted vinyl overlay that you peel like a sticker, spray soapy water and apply and then carefully squeegee the air bubbles out. No it does not effect the radar—anything metallic or thick however WILL effect the radar. It’s not recommended to use spray paint or Plastidip to black out this emblem. This seems easy but to get it PERFECT is not easy. Right at the end I wrinkled one of the edges. $18 and link is in the comments.
I had no idea there was an expensive sensor ($700) behind the Honda emblem and that people are starting to steal them. My Kit was purchased from Miller Cat for $37. It has very good instructions with pictures. Easy to install. BE CAREFUL removing the Honda emblem — i broke the bottom tab and had to glue the tab back on.
Factory setup. Head unit was shot, no power. Had to swap the vents and hvac controls and lower fascia trim over to the new black shell. The parts you see on the left on the grass are now trash. Had to run wires up to the dash cam at top of windshield and also wires to rear license plate via trunk arm and then back down to a reverse light for power and trigger wire.
