Low Beta 12dp5dt (17DPO)

TW- LOSS

Hi everyone, in February I had my second IVF transfer and my beta results were rising great (230 at 17DPO and 929 at 19DPO) unfortunately it ended in a blighted ovum.

I had my third IVF transfer 12 days ago (17DPO) and my beta came back today at 72. I am super concerned as although my last pregnancy did not result in a live birth, my numbers were much higher and I’m worried about a chemical or an early miscarriage again. Has anyone had any success stories with a beta this low? I’m trying to remain cautiously optimistic but it’s hard. I’m still struggling to accept my previous loss when I thought everything was progressing well. I am going to a second blood draw in 48 hours which will hopefully be more definitive. Hoping for atleast a 144 or higher.
Pleas give me hope! 💔 but also any stories welcome to help me prepare.

Beta at 12dp5dt

My beta for my 3rd FET came back today at 72. I had a MMC last transfer and my beta was 230 so a huge difference.. should I be concerned? My clinic said anything over 50 they consider good at this point. I had some slow progression which concerns me..

Thanks x

Low Beta Success?

My first beta came in today at 72 at 12dp5dt! Clinic isn’t concerned but has said to repeat in 7 days. I’m getting a follow up done with my regular Dr in 48 hours though just to check progression. Clinic didn’t seem to concerned and said they are happy with anything over 50, I’m just concerned as my test lines didn’t start to become darker until 10/11dpt but all had faint lines before that.
Any success stories with betas this low? I’m hoping my sticky 3BB is hanging on 🩷🩷

CD unknown. 10dp5dt

I’m 10dp (15 DPO equivalent) What do we think! I threw all my previous tests out in anger from 5dp-8dp and haven’t tested since because the line was just staying consistently pretty faint and was not darkening. I thought it was a chemical but I’ve taken these this morning and they seem maybe slightly darker than previous days but still seem so light for how long it’s been! Any hope at all? This is my 3rd FET 😩 I’m still not out of the woods of possible chemical but has anyone had similar test lines that stayed faint and not darken until this far after?

7dp5dt - Frer and wondflo

Had my 3rd embryo transfer 7 days ago - these are my 7dpt evening tests. Give it to me straight, are these way too faint for 7 days past? I’m gearing up for a chemical after not much progression in darkness.

6dp5dt

Is this too light for 6dpt? I’ve been testing since 4dpt and have only ever really had a shadow on 5dpt evening appear that was a real squinter.. I mean tilting the test and in the right lighting kind of squinter. I couldn’t even get a photo of it.. I cried all day today after I took another test this morning as it was barely visible at all. I caved and took another one tonight (6dp evening) and it’s much more obvious in person (no tilting or lighting required), and I even managed to get a photo of this one. Has anyone had a test this light at 6dp and everything progressed fine? Sincerely a super anxious girly 🥲

Vvvvvvfl at 5dp5dt

As the title states, I tested again in the PM after AM test with FMU was negative, maybe after a 2-3 hour hold in the afternoon I took the test again.. I sort of looked at it and dismissed it, then about 30mins later there was the faintest of faint lines, I compared it to my 4dpt test and it does look different. I plan to test in the morning again to see if it’s more noticeable but I’m concerned with a few things

  1. It was outside the test window
  2. It’s sooo faint a camera won’t even pick it up (does have a pink hue, not grey)
  3. My tests last transfer we much darker at 4dpt even though that ended in a loss I still can’t help but compare.

Has anyone had a super faint line on a FRER at 5dpt and things progressed normally? Beta isn’t until 6/29!

Struggling - Please give me hope.

I’m 4dp5dt with a 3BB FET #3. 26F and 26M. We are doing IVF for MFI (low motility). Some would say I’m textbook perfect when it comes to fertility.
Our first 4BB FET failed to implant, second hatching 4BA FET resulted in a blighted ovum but did have strong initial betas up until a 6w scan showed an empty sac, I tested positive with this transfer 4DP on a FRER and clearblue digital in the evening and I think that’s why I’m spiralling so much right now.
I took 2 frer this morning using FMU and SMU and they’re both stark white negative. I know it’s too early. I wish I could just accept that the answer is not definitive yet but I can’t help it. I’ve been sifting through reddit all morning trying to make myself feel better. I hate this. I love being apart of this community because it gives me so much hope and I don’t know what I’m asking for here, maybe reassurance. This is our 3rd year of infertility and I just want this hell to be over.

3BB success?

Hi! I’m about to go in for FET #3 next week. Last Nov I transferred a 4BB that failed to implant, in Feb transferred a 4BA that resulted in a blighted ovum (these were both modified natural cycles but doing all natural this time with trigger + progesterone pessaries only). I have 2x 3BBs left so we are transferring one but I can’t stop thinking about the grade being lower and although I don’t believe it means a lesser chance of success it’s still frightening.
Doing IVF for MFI to add (low motility). 26F 26M
Please share your success stories and give me hope!! I’m hoping and praying the saying 3rd times a charm really plays out! 🩷

Experience with Plenvu Prep?

Hello! I’m 27F and I’m having my first colonoscopy and endoscopy in 2 days.
I’m feeling pretty nervous going into the prep, a lot of these posts list other preps but has anyone had experience with the Plenvu? I have to do 1 dose at 7pm and 2 doses at 9pm (both with 500ml water). I’m freaking out about feeling sick and not being able to do it. I have to stop eating food at midday tomorrow but I have some bone broth, electrolytes and lemonade ice-blocks on hand to help with feeling lethargic. I also have some cream and wet wipes to help. I have a lot of health anxiety so I’m making myself a bit sick at the thought of the prep and the procedure. If you have any tips please drop them below!

Seeking some info/success stories from anyone who may be or have been in a similar situation. Apologies if this is long, I tend to ramble.

TLDR; Success with PCOS morphology, not the syndrome. 26F, 26M

A bit of back story, we have been TTC since July 2024 (no tracking from July -Dec). Started tracking with LH strips Dec- July with no success, I did get an LH peak every month but did not conceive. Started IVF in July 2025. Very minimal testing was done prior through this clinic, 2x IVF transfers later and we had one failure to implant and one pregnancy which resulted in a blighted ovum and D&C at 9w. We have 2 embryos left on ice which we will be leaving for now to continue to try naturally again.

We have since started seeing a new clinic and she has done A LOT of testing. All my blood results are completely normal, no hormonal factors and no issues with ovulation. I have regular cycles. Waiting on partners semen analysis (was normal last time). I do have a high AMH (egg reserve) and multiple follicles on an ultrasound which seems to fluctuate depending on my weight. I was told I have polycystic morphology but not the syndrome. How this affects my fertility so much, I’m not sure. My FET cycles were done using Letrozole just for timing and ovulation certainty purposes and I responded well to that with no overstimulation. This new clinic is planning on doing a Hycosy and oil flush soon, I have never had my tubes checked before. I would love to be able to fall pregnant naturally and avoid IVF for now if I can, it’s taken such a toll on my body and mental state with everything that’s happened.
Has anyone else ever had the “morphology” diagnosis and fallen pregnant naturally? Or had a Hycosy and oil flush? What worked for you? I’m catching up with my new clinic tomorrow to discuss all the results but wanting to see if there’s anything I can bring forward to her.

Thanks everyone. xx
