Here’s me asking genuine way to cut lower belly fat , , i have tried caloric deficit high protein to such an extent i started to lose massive muscle mass , and i see no other way to get rid of it ….

I seems like a Herculean task to pop the lower abs out , tried caloric deficit to such a point where i started losing a lot of muscle mass but these abs still wont show , i guess that as far as i can go naturally…
