i get unnecessarily jealous/mad when people get into my interests

i DON’T want to feel this way at all. i don’t know what do to. when my friends want to get into the same music i like, same hobbies, or same style as me. i don’t like having these feelings. i don’t tell my friends to not get into them or anything, i encourage it because why would i act on these feelings? however, i hate feeling them. i don’t know what to do.

i think this is a subconscious thing, i don’t feel truly good at anything, and i’m scared to see my friends have a better understanding of my hobbies, style, and shit like that. all of this has been internal but i’m afraid if i do nothing about it i will eventually burst.

Does anyone know who was in the New York Camarilla in 2004?

i’m setting a chronicle in New York 2004, and I’m struggling to find who would’ve been in the Camarilla. Or maybe I’m not looking in the right places.

Is it better for me to make my own characters for the Camarilla?

am I able to set my chronicle in a different time period and use V5?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I’m a first time Storyteller and I want to set my first chronicle in the early 2000’s. Can I do that with V5 or is it recommended I set it in the modern day?

New Storyteller needing advice and or tips!!!

Hi! I’ve been interested in VTM for a while but i’ve only really now convinced a few of my friends to play it, and I’m completely clueless on where to start as a storyteller. The obvious part would be to read the core rulebook, which I am. But I’m not great at understanding rules simply by reading them. If there are any experienced storytellers that can give me resources on the mechanics and lore that’d be great!

(PS, i know very surface level lore and some mechanics already. And also it would be helpful if there are any campaign modules for 5e that would be recommended to run for a beginner storyteller.)
