Unsure if its totaled or what not happened 2 hours ago with my mom at the wheel. 4 way stop sign my mom coes to a complete stop before the other car and goes the other car goes and somehow slams into her at a force this hard with only maybe 20 feet of room from stop to accident. Elderly woman driving a grand Cherokee apparently little to no damage to her. What y'all think is gonna happen

Hello all i recently purchased a cool little bus a couple days ago but I have a issue with the running lights and license plate light not working even tho the break lights do. We replaced both the break lights and license plate lights to no avail. Fuses all were good and relay was replaced with spare to no avail. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated
