24F | IST | Looking to Glow Up Together

Hey! I'm 24F from India, and I've reached that point where I'm tired of saying, "I'll start on Monday." 😭

I'm trying to lose weight, get healthier, build better habits, and just... get my life together. I know it's not going to happen overnight, but I really want to stick with it this time.

I was hoping to find an accountability buddy who's working towards something similar. We don't have to message all day or anything—just check in every now and then, celebrate the little wins, remind each other to keep going, and be honest when we're having an off week. I think it'd be nice to have someone who just gets it.

I'd especially love to connect with another woman around my age because I think we'd probably relate to each other more.

If you're also in your "okay... we're actually doing this now" era, send me a message. Maybe we can help each other stay consistent this time. 🤍

Let's Glow up together?!

Heya! (24,F)

I've decided it's finally time to get my life together lol. I'm trying to lose weight, get healthier, build better habits, take care of myself, and just slowly become someone I'm really proud of.

I thought it would be nice to have a few internet friends doing the same. We could check in every now and then, celebrate the small wins, complain when things get hard, and remind each other to keep going. I feel like it's always easier when you're not doing it alone.

Mostly looking for girlies because I know we'll probably relate to each other more. 💗😭

If you're also in your "okay, we're actually locking in this time" era, let's be friends. ✨

Need help getting back into fitness with PCOS.

Hi girlies

I'm 24, have PCOS, and I'm really trying to lose weight and get back to feeling like myself again.

Over the last 2 years, I've gained around 12 kg because of work stress, some health issues, and completely falling out of my routine. I'm currently 70 kg and would love to lose around 20 kg, but honestly, I'm feeling a little lost about where to start.

There's so much conflicting advice online, especially when it comes to PCOS, that I don't know what's actually worth listening to anymore 😭

I'd love to hear from anyone who has successfully lost weight with PCOS like What actually worked for you, Any easy, high-protein meal ideas? Or like What protein supplements do you use? (Everyone seems to have a different opinion on whey and I'm confused 😭)

And most importantly How did you stay consistent when work and life got busy?

I'm also dealing with hair fall, skin issues, and low energy, so any advice on that would be amazing too.

And if anyone else is on a similar journey and wants an accountability buddy, please say hi 🫶 I'd love some friends to check in with, share progress, and keep each other motivated.

Just a PCOS girl trying to have her healthy, happy glow-up era ✨🤍
