Bought my dream car last week.

Bought a 2024 Honda Civic Sport Touring in Meteorite Gray Metallic. Yes, a top trim Civic has been the dream car I've wanted for the last few years. And this is the first car I've bought on my own.

His name is Anakin.

I fkn love Civics.

"Knocking" sound coming from wall after flushing toilet.. Anyone got an idea?

After flushing the toilet, there's like kind of a knocking sound coming from the wall next to it? Does anyone have any idea what it could possibly be/is it something to be super worried about? I rent this house and would have to wait until Monday for someone to come and fix it most likely.

Got the usual text saying the money received is ready to use, money is in my account, but Chase has the transactions as "pending". Am I all good to use the money?

Maybe a stupid question, but I want to make sure covering my bases. I'm a renter and our new property management company won't let myself and my housemates make separate rent payments. Understandable so they can protect themselves and make sure they get their money. It adds an extra step on our end but whatever.

My housemates sent me their portions of the rent thru Zelle so we could pay rent. I got the normal texts from Chase saying "'Housemate' sent you $____ & it's ready now". I check my account and the money is in there. But when I go into my account, both Zelle transactions are in the "Pending" category. Because the money is in my account, am I good to use it? We need to pay rent today ideally, and I want to make sure it's not going to bounce for some reason even though I have the money in my account 😅
