I had asked this sub if anyone had experience using Shuttle24 last week. I got one answer advising me not to go, but they never gave any detail and I tried to get in touch with them to no avail.

Overall, I would not recommend this service for several reasons.

1. Safety. My driver was wearing flip flops. These are not safe shoes to drive in, especially when you are at the wheel for 5 hours. The driver was CONSTANTLY looking at his phone and speeding. I was in the very back of the van and couldn’t see the exact speed but it was obvious we were going extremely fast. The scariest part was that my driver could barely keep his eyes open for the last hour. He was blinking slowly, eyes half closed.

2. Cleanliness. The car was FILTHY. Stains, cups, smells. The driver only came to the back to grab the garbage after picking me up.

3. Communication. When I booked, my driver was meant to pick me up between 3 and 4pm. He called me at 11:45am telling me he would get me in 10 minutes because someone was waiting at the airport. Is it that hard to coordinate ahead of time?

I was pretty appalled by the service and the fact that this company is licensed by the province. Their practices concern me.
