Boneless chicken thighs coated with delectable MexiCrust by Simon Gault (available from Gault's Deli St Johns and online), served with creamy miso mushroom udon. Hump day comfort food in a bowl 🥣 🤤
(The coating mix is his take on KFC, but also slightly spicy.)
