[Mumbai domain] Why does OCI block 2 OCPUs on Ampere A1 (Service limit & Out of capacity)?
However, when I try to configure an instance with 2 OCPUs and 12 GB RAM in the Mumbai region (AP-MUMBAI-1), the slider throws a "Service limit" warning and won't let me proceed.
Since Mumbai only has one Availability Domain (AD-1), I can't switch ADs.
- Why is my account hitting a service limit at 2 OCPUs if 4 OCPUs are advertised as free?
- If I upgrade to Pay-As-You-Go, does that automatically fix the 2 OCPU service limit and bypass the out-of-capacity error in Mumbai while staying free?
Thanks for any help!
