corded super hawg worth the price?

hello, im trying to trade/buy my way to some milwaukee things i want.
this milwaukee super hawg is on the path to it. (link down below)
IMPORTANT QUESTION IS:
the guy is asking $200 “used couple times”. worth the price? if not let me know what is worth the price?
i know its not fuel, so those arent worth much but depends on tool too.

edit: i do not want to keep the hawg or anything similar! i am using it as a step stone to what im trading for! lmk if the tool is worth $200

issue with sale: what to do

hi guys, I sold an item on OfferUp that I thought was complete. I opened the box to take pictures and everything. The buyer had lowball me at first LMFAO and then we agreed on a price. The pictures show the condition the item was in. It is new unused. When we met up, I opened the box and I told him that the extra accessories were in the other little box and I had him take a look inside the box. He said that everything seemed good and he paid me the money. he just messaged me. He told me that there is missing pieces of it. The item does not work without those pieces. I truly did not know that there was things missing. I looked at the pictures and it seems to show those areas of the item where the parts are missing, which was not intentional on my part because I didn’t know there was anything missing. As in “I’m purposely trying to show condition to show that there was missing stuff”. No I was just showing everything about the item. I don’t have the money he gave me anymore because I was using it for rent. I feel guilty and I don’t know what to do. The item new from the store is $475 and I sold it to him for $300.
edit: i’m not sure if the item still has warranty. But I do know that he is able to request and purchase replacement parts. (i JUST did the research)

help- making foldable wheelchair ramp

hello guys! i’m hoping I’m in the right sub. I’m looking to make a foldable ramp that can be stored in the back of my van, as thats where I will be taking my wheelchair in and out of. My wheelchair isn’t super heavy nor is it super big. It’s more of a mobility type.
If you see the pictures up above, as a reference , that is how I would like it to fold up and how i want it to expand. almost accordion-like. I want it to take up as little space as possible. I believe those dimensions actually fit what I’m looking for as well. if you’re able to let me know how I can make it, what materials to use, etc. I would really appreciate it. If you’re able to be as descriptive as possible, I thank you.

help- obd2 scan tool

hey, im a diy’er. I know people probably ask these questions frequently but I get overwhelmed with what really is the best option FOR ME.

i’m looking for a whole package scan tool that :
-can be used for multiple cars (different makes)
- has full system diag/scan (p-codes: ECM/PCM, TCM, fuel+ exhaust. b-codes: SRS, BCM, HVAC. c-codes: ABS,TPMS, SAS?, suspension?. u-codes: CAN BUS, gateway modules) aka the most i can get from one scanner
-NO SUBSCRIPTION & NO PAY TO UPDATE
-bidirectional (active testing, system resets and relearns, ECU programming)
ETC
I do not intend to fix every single system issue I find wrong, but I at least want to be able to diagnose the problem if I need to have somebody else fix it, like transmission issues lmfao. other than that, i can diy a lot!
i dont have a bunch of money, i have a “lower” budget. I know realistically speaking these kinds of scanners im looking for may be a little bit “pricier”. but I want to get the most I can out of a scanner for the “lowest price”. I don’t need it to look the fanciest. I just want it to do fancy things haha.
be nice yall, im just trying to learn you know?

if you can put brands and specify models, id appreciate it.
if you can paste the link id be super grateful! (helps me make sure its the right one.

FEEL FREE TO TELL ME MORE INFO ON WHAT YOU RECOMMEND AND WHY. ASK ME QUESTIONS IF IT HELPS YOU NARROW DOWN THE OPTIONS I HAVE.
