Now to the posted image, When receiving glasses from Shizuka there are 2 possible situations that might have happened:
Meme let her guard down and showed her face to Shizuka (from Shizuka's reaction it seems that she didn't notice it but that could be a production mistake)
Meme quickly covered her eyes with her left hand and Shizuka didn't see anything
