I’m fairly new to the game, I can’t tell what situation this card is a direct counter for

I’m not interested in anything overly meta/competitive, I just like playing casual with themed armies. If anyone more knowledgeable than me can see anything glaringly broken, I appreciate the guidance:

Can anyone ELI5 or provide specific cases it can/should be used?

While I’ve heard plenty about terminators being very meh this edition and last, they’re still my favorite space marine units in both aesthetics and lore. They may not make the most effective army, but I plan to use them either way.

How are they best utilized? Be as specific or vague as you like.

I have 2x5 DWK and 2x5 (DW) terminators

I want to cut out my own terrain footprints from a large sheet of thin neoprene, basically tracing the shapes in the photo to size and cutting them out with scissors.

When tracing the shapes, would including the bumps and irregularities along the edges be necessary? Or can I just make the edges all straight lines? I know it can technically add space for objective control, but wasn’t sure if it is mandatory

With 11th around the corner I know I’ll probably need to change it some for points cost, but hopefully it’ll give me some fun games

Medieval Collectibles is a great website that sources from several manufacturers, do a tiny bit of research on the name of clothing pieces and you’re set. Like a gugel and tunic

These two were my first time experimenting with sponge weathering for rust/dirt details, which turned out much better results on the repulsor than the land raider

A Repulsor is the final piece I’m adding to my DA army (for now of course) and I can’t decide on a color scheme for it. Title sums it up, which colors should I use and give me your opinions why.

I have a land raider painted in bone white to transport DWK, and I plan to use the Repulsor alongside it to carry terminators up the table, as well as other melee units like ICC.

I’m not looking for “paint your army however you want to” answers, I enjoy painting my models to with at least some degree of adherence to the lore, and want to hear what the community thinks fits better. (Not my photos, just reference images found online)
