How do I upcycle this?
Soooo my cat tore my fav tee while I was giving him a bath. I really like this tee and don’t wanna throw it away any suggestions how can I hide it or style it?

Hi, I am dealing with a massive health anxiety spiral right now and really need someone to talk me down.
So basically 25 days ago I was trying to rescue this tiny 1-month-old stray kitten stuck in a thorny bush. While holding it, I got a tiny scratch on my ring finger. Ngl I’m not even 100% sure if it was from the kitten's paw or just a sharp thorn, but I’ve been assuming the worst. I was way too scared to tell my parents so I never got the vaccine smh.
Fyi on the day it happened, all the kittens were acting completely normal and healthy. They were meowing, eating treats, drinking milk, and sleeping cuddled up next to their mom. But over the next few days things went downhill. The building guard told me the first kitten died after falling off a high apartment wall into a tree trunk base. He said he rescued it and it drank milk but died the next day, which sounds like internal injuries from the fall. A couple of days later he told me the second kitten also died, idk why though.
On day 8 after the scratch I went out and fed the third surviving kitten and the mom cat. Both of them ate eagerly, looked perfectly healthy, and were playing.
I didn't get a chance to feed them again until yesterday, which was Day 25. The mom cat was right there looking totally healthy and eating fine. But the guard said he hasn't seen the last kitten in a while, so idk if it wandered off, got adopted, or died too. The issue is I don't know which of the three kittens scratched me, though I know they were all eating, drinking, and acting totally fine on day one.
Yesterday I sat outside in extreme heat, got drenched in sweat, and got a headache. Then tonight, right after drinking an iced milk coffee, the back of my throat started feeling incredibly weird and coated. My mom looked and said my tonsils look big. It doesn't actually hurt to swallow water at all, but my mind keeps running back to rabies and I'm convinced this is the start of hydrophobia.
The shaking and panic are becoming overwhelming, and the fear is intense. Is this a dangerous situation, or is there a chance everything will be fine?
Attaching photos of the scratch and the mum cat and its only kitten left.
Also the scratch healed perfectly, it’s like it wasn’t even there.
A 1-1.5 month old kitten was in a bush full of thorn i took him out but now my finger has this very small scratch it wasnt bleeding but the too layer of skin was open again no bleeding the cut is barely visible and I am not sure if it was from the bush or the kitten itself, the kitten seems healthy it was nursing from its mother I saw it with my own eyes very playful happy and vocal too along with its two siblings and the whole family seems okay no diseases what so ever, should I be worried?
I am too scared to tell my mom
She will probably stop me from feeding them ever again if she gets to know I got this scratch and I am even more terrified from my dad
Please help
