Ooh, my turn for customer service is coming up in the next few months! They just now acknowledged a FEBRUARY inquiry, and pretty soon they might do something other than acknowledge it! I feel like I just won the lottery.

It's nothing new, but it's getting worse. Triangulation Fraud is when a seller is not in possession or legal authority to sell an item, but takes your money and acts as a middleman (some call themselves personal shoppers) to place an order using your identity but someone else's money (usually a stolen credit card) on a different eCommerce site such as Walmart or Amazon.
On eBay, it manifests itself as you not wanting to buy the item from Amazon, but the package being delivered by Amazon anyway. I've received eBay items directly from Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Overstock, and other merchants.
Whenever an eBay order ships from Amazon or another such site, I automatically set up a money-back guarantee return, the seller rarely responds, a return shipping label is rarely provided (since the seller isn't actually the seller) and eBay always gives me my money back. Then I leave Negative feedback saying something like "The item was sold, shipped, and delivered by Amazon so I tipped the driver $5 and left a 5-star review for Jeff Bezos on Yelp."
I'd rather just have a legit honest transaction with eBay sellers, but if they insist on giving me 100% discounts on Amazon and Home Depot merchandise, there's not much I can do to stop them.
So, I have an AR-22 that previously shot pretty well, but now refuses to fire after BCG upgrades. The hammer slaps the butt of the firing pin, but I see no indentation on the case! At most, maybe a little scuff. When I press the firing pin forward with my finger, it looks like it protrudes out plenty far enough to hit the rim of the brass case. I can't figure out what went wrong, disassembly and reassembly went fine with no flying or left-over parts.
The build started off as simple as possible: An ATI Omni Hybrid 5.56 receiver set, CMMG dedicated 22LR kit & charging handle, and the BB buffer plug. It's also suppressed (Dead Air Mask HD) by the way. It worked pretty well with Black Dog mags, probably 150 rounds through it. I haven't tried to get LRBHO or bolt catch working yet, but at least it would shoot a whole mag without much fuss.
Satisfied with it at that point, I then decided I wasn't satisfied enough, and proceeded to order a box of BoreBuddy goodies, and installed them as per vids/instructions as listed below.
After putting it back together, it won't fire any more. The hammer seems to be hitting the butt of the firing pin, but nothin' exciting happens next.
So for troubleshooting, I took these steps in the following order:
So now, other than the extractor and yellow recoil spring, the BCG is back to out-of-box CMMG condition and still won't fire a single round. I can't see the recoil spring or extractor kit causing this problem...it extracts the waxy CCI ammo just fine. Other than installing a different trigger, what else can I even try?
BTW, I've read 3-4 other threads (example below) talking about my same/similar issue, tried all the fixes, and still nada.

I bought a gray one from them, they shipped a black one. It took forever to get sorted out, but the black one I sent back to them was delivered and my refund was issued a few days ago.
Let the hunger games begin!
Edit: I'm not sure if they put it back up for sale yet, all I know is that the one I shipped to them was delivered and counted back into their back-end inventory.
Bittersweet day today. Although I finally got my Gray roller upper after the MidwayUSA mix-up a few months ago where they sent me a mislabeled Black one (the Midway SKU label on the MAT box said Gray, so it was a Midway issue), I am worried my not-cheap A3 Industries Triad bullpup kit came with a MAT-9 forward extension that does not work with the latest (or any?) roller-delayed upper.
I fear that the A3 kit was designed specifically and only for the older non-roller version. Does anyone know whether that is the case? Has there always been a slight difference in the handguard between the non-roller and the roller version, or does this recently manufactured roller upper have a slight design tweak vs previous batches?
This fitment just isn't right, and I definitely cannot complete the last few steps of assembly at this point. All other assembly steps went perfectly with no unexpected surprises. The rear two takedown pins popped right in and the upper/lower mate just fine.
Possible very expensive mistake I've just made, not to mention SBRing a lower for nothing. This will not buff out. Grinding the Triad extension to fit would be possible, but super time consuming and it would probably look like ass.
5/26 Update: A3 has requested updated/current dimensions from Matador so they can at least investigate making an updated part. As a first step to resolution, at my suggestion instead of a refund, they are sending me 2 extra handguard extensions as redundant backups for me to attempt modifications on my end. If that doesn't pan out, they'll try to see what else can be done on their end.
Just got home from FFL/SOT with this double-stamped beauty. All the guts are Ruger 10/22 interchangeable, but the serialized receiver and trigger parts mount to a proper lower receiver that works with standard AR grip and buffer tube, and a forward v-block adapter that eliminates barrel droop and accepts AR-15 handguards.
Hats off (literally!) to Mike @ CST for designing and manufacturing this amazing Caspur 10/22 conversion.
The "CaSpBR" receiver with the integrated 1913 rail is a Form2+Form4 SBR, with a 4.5" Acculite 1:9 twist barrel and a SAW Katan suppressor tucked into a KAW Valley Precision carbon fiber tube. With a 15rd loaded mag and suppressor, this configuration weighs 4.65 pounds. The 16" configuration with magnesium-alloy handguard + 15rd mag + suppressor weighs 5.82 pounds.
The paint job is a custom Cerakote Elite blended to match H-264 Tungsten (and the hat!), including three different optic mounts and a rear 1913 adapter. The laser engraving came out phenomenal.
