In CN fandom, there's a popular theory/ headcanon that Fortuna has beef with Hermes and each side rooting for their own baby during Canto 9 fight
One major evidence is that Fortuna's poem is seen in the UI when you uptie, making people believe it is on Limbus company side, or even behind the ominous flow people are talking about.
This theory prescrips coming from different entity can also explain the seemingly contradicting prescript towards different individual.
