Do posture-correcting shirts do anything or is it just expensive compression wear?

I’ve been lifting seriously for a couple years (27F) and I try to keep my back straight when I row, squat etc. A while back I bought one of those cheap elastic posture harnesses from Amazon because I feel like my back is giving out and my shoulders are rolling forward sometimes.

Honestly that’s not my main issue because I can just brace again and tighten my back. My posture is actually crap outside the gym so I’m looing for something to help me not slouch during the day.

Should I get a posture correction bra or a posture t-shirt or something like that? Like for when I’m not at the gym just walking around or working? Did anyone try any of that? Is it a scam or legit? Tysm.

Wendys Melbourne 1 hour Line

The newly opened store actually looks incredible. Its got the chik fil a style drive thru where the staff comes out and takes your order while you wait in line, in fact its pretty much one to one with chik fil a. Tim hortons used the Shanghai expansion as a proof of concept to refresh their outdated designs and all the new tim hortons locations in Canada now have the new fancier pastries menu and modern interiors

How bout some coupons for shareholders

Wendys recently aquired upwards of 100k retail shareholders that can also be customers. How about a welcome coupon for those of us that showed support? Like a free frostie upgrade when you buy a meal for shareholders sounds pretty good. Save Wendys!
